Welcome to MakeMyMoU! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital documentation platform, which allows you to create, organize, and manage MoUs (Memorandums of Understanding) in a secure and professional manner. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using MakeMyMoU, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge that you are of legal age to enter into binding agreements and are solely responsible for adhering to local laws when using our platform.

2. Definitions

The following terms are used throughout this document:

• Platform: Refers to the MakeMyMoU application and its associated website, tools, and services.
• MoU: A Memorandum of Understanding created, edited, or signed via the platform.
• Credits: Virtual tokens purchased and consumed for saving and sending MoUs for signatures.
• User: Any individual or organization that accesses and uses the platform.
• Authority: A User designated to review and sign MoUs on behalf of other parties.

3. Services Overview

MakeMyMoU provides the following services:

• Creation, editing, and professional formatting of MoUs using AI tools.
• Secure storage and organization of completed MoUs on a unified platform.
• Sending signing requests to designated authorities.
• Subscription-based credits for managing and sending MoUs.

4. Subscription and Credit System

4.1 Credit Plans

Credits are used to save finalized MoUs and send signing requests to designated authorities. Each saved and sent MoU costs 1 credit. Credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. The subscription plans are as follows:

• ₹10 for 10 credits
• ₹50 for 55 credits
• ₹100 for 120 credits

4.2 Usage of Credits

Credits are deducted only when:

1. A MoU is finalized, saved, and sent for signing.
2. No credits are deducted during drafting, editing, or previewing MoUs.

Users must ensure sufficient credits are available before finalizing an MoU. Failure to maintain a positive credit balance will prevent further MoU finalization or signing requests.

4.3 Credit Expiry

Purchased credits do not expire unless explicitly stated otherwise during the purchase process.

5. Account Registration

To access services, you must:

1. Register an account using accurate and complete information.
2. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or suspected breaches.

6. MoU Creation and Management

The platform allows Users to:

• Draft and edit MoUs using AI-powered tools.
• Save drafts without consuming credits.
• Finalize and send MoUs by using 1 credit per saved MoU.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and enforceability of finalized MoUs. We recommend consulting legal professionals for binding agreements.

7. Electronic Signing

• Designated authorities can electronically sign MoUs through the platform.
• Digital signatures are legally binding in jurisdictions recognizing such agreements.
• Users must ensure all signatories are properly informed before initiating signing requests.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
• Upload malicious content, compromise platform security, or engage in activities that may harm the system.
• Share sensitive MoUs without explicit consent from all parties involved.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

9. Privacy and Security

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your data.

Data Security

We implement robust security measures to safeguard your information. However, no system is immune to breaches. MakeMyMoU cannot be held liable for unauthorized access caused by third-party actions, user negligence, or force majeure events.

10. Fees and Payments

• Subscription fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase through authorized methods.
• All purchases are final, and no refunds are issued for unused credits.
• Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges levied by financial institutions.

11. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, features, and functionality are owned by MakeMyMoU or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without explicit permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• MakeMyMoU is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in MoUs created using the platform.
• The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
• Users are solely responsible for their reliance on platform-generated MoUs.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your account is inactive for a prolonged period.

Upon termination, any unused credits will be forfeited.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in India.

15. Amendments to Terms

MakeMyMoU may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly for updates.
