At MakeMyMoU, we strive to provide you with seamless and efficient services for creating and managing MoUs. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for subscriptions and credits purchased through our platform. By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Pricing and Subscription Details

Our pricing structure is designed to offer flexibility and transparency.

  • ₹10 provides 10 credits
  • ₹50 provides 55 credits
  • ₹100 provides 120 credits

Each finalized MoU costs 1 credit, deducted only when you choose to save and send the MoU for signing to other authorities.

Payments for credits are securely processed through Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway partner.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: If a technical issue or payment gateway error occurs during the transaction, resulting in failed or duplicate charges.

Refund requests will not be entertained under the following conditions:

  • Partially used credits.
  • Dissatisfaction with services already utilized.
  • User errors in creating or finalizing MoUs.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at hellomakemymou@gmail.com with the following details:
    • Transaction ID or payment receipt (as provided by Razorpay).
    • Date of the transaction.
    • Reason for the refund request.
  2. Verification: Our support team will review your request and verify the transaction details, including the usage of credits and eligibility for a refund.
  3. Decision: We will notify you of the outcome of your refund request within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within the timeframe mentioned below.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be initiated via Razorpay and credited to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer, typically ranging from 7-10 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

If your refund request involves a specific portion of unused credits (e.g., in cases of promotional credits or bonus credits), the refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the credits' monetary value.

6. Cancellation of Subscription

Currently, MakeMyMoU does not offer recurring subscription plans. Users must purchase credits manually, and as such, cancellations are not applicable.

7. Payment Disputes

For disputes related to unauthorized transactions, please:

  1. Report the issue immediately to hellomakemymou@gmail.com with all relevant transaction details.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider directly for additional support.

We will work closely with Razorpay and your payment provider to resolve disputes in a timely manner.

8. Taxes and Additional Charges

MakeMyMoU credits and subscriptions are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Please note:

  • Any refund will only cover the original amount paid for the credits.
  • Additional charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider (e.g., foreign transaction fees) are non-refundable.

9. Changes to This Policy

MakeMyMoU reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
